Are non-members of the Bank eligible to participate?

All bank members and other non-customers can participate in the tournament.

Can women participate in the tournament?

Women are not eligible to participate as this tournament is for men only.

How do I register for Rocket League?

You can register through the website tournament game cards starting from 1st November 2025

Are there registration fees ?

No, registration is free of charge

I didn’t receive my OTP, what should I do?

Check that your mobile number is correct and active. If you still don’t receive it, contact the Tournament Admin via Discord Channel for assistance.

What happens if my opponent or I have connectivity issues?

If connectivity issues occur, they must be resolved before the round ends to avoid disqualification. Contact a Tournament Admin on Discord immediately. If unresolved within 60 minutes, you may be disqualified.

What if there is an update during the start of the round?

Start the update, contact one of our tournament officials through the Discord Channel published on the website and inform them of the situation immediately.

I can’t see the Submit Score button on the website, what should I do?

If your match is completed and you don’t see the "Submit Score" button, contact a Tournament Admin via the Discord Channel for assistance.

Do I have to play both home and away matches immediately?

Yes, all matches are Home & Away. You must play your away match immediately after completing your home match. Each round is 60 minutes long, and both matches must be completed within this time. Failure to do so will result in 0 points for the round.

Where do I find the schedule for the tournament?

The schedule will be announced a day before the tournament starts for Boubyan e-league on the website.

What time is my match?

Match times are scheduled according to the tournament bracket. Check your fixture in the tournament game card or Discord Channel.

Can I reschedule my match?

Reschedules are allowed only in exceptional cases and must be approved by a Tournament Admin via Discord Channel, with your opponent’s agreement.

How can I find my opponent?

You will find the PSN ID of your opponent on the bracket and/or schedule.

What should I do if my opponent forfeits?

Submit your recording/screenshot and last score (if exists)

Which platform do I need to play on?

You need to play on PlayStation depending on the tournament rules.

What to do if my opponent does not show up?

If your opponent does not show up within 10 minutes of the scheduled match start, you can report a “no-show” on the tournament page. You must provide clear proof, such as sending a friend request with no response, along with a screenshot.

What do I do after winning my match?

Submit your score via our website and make sure you have a record in case of a dispute.

How do I submit a post-match result?

After the match, the winner must click “Submit Score” on the platform and upload a clear screenshot showing the final result within 10 minutes. Unclear or missing screenshots may lead to disqualification.

When do I receive the assigned prize of the tournament after winning?

Prizes will be awarded after the live final during the ceremony.

Can I give prizes to my friends or my family members?

The prize listed cannot be transferred or modified.
